However much you want to make of your scent, it’s simple to remember the proportions, which is 30% essential oil to 70% base oil. Add the essential oil to the sweet almond slowly so that you can check you are happy with your scent mix.

Pour into your Denby Oil bottle.

Add the diffuser sticks, then when half of the stick is completely saturated, turn them over so that the whole of each stick carries the scent.

Add a tag, which describes the scent, and fill your home with natural, Christmassy smells! If you are gifting this, at stage 3 put the oil bottle’s cork back in and bundle the sticks with some bakers twine. You can then box this up as a gorgeous handmade present.
